these diets
pernah ngerasa ga sih meski how hard lu tuh try dietting, pasti akir2nya juga ya ur the same size..ato kalo lu sakit trus jadi turun 3 kg, dalem seminggu juga bisa naek 3kg lagi.
if i look around at my friends, foto2 pas mereka TK or sd1-3, kayaknya the size at that age, sama the size for their age right now itu, sama aja gitu..kayak gua, pas TK juga size gua dibanding tmen2 gua sama size gua dibanding temen2 gua sekarang juga tetep sama aja..its like inez kecil cuman di pull buat tingginya doang, size badannya ga melebar ato ga mengurus..gua kalo mau gendutin badan 3kg, besok2annya juga tar turun sendiri lagi..its like, this is how my body should be, i could not make it fatter or skinnier..
tapi ada sih orang2 yang pas kecil nduuuuuuuuttt chubby banget gedenya langsing, n of course aja juga yang dah langsing tiba2 in 3 years time lu liat dia jadi gendut banget..or yang gendut jadi langsing banget..itu gua rasa yang put through a very tight tight diet, yang bener2 buat 1 tahun makanannya diatur terus..haa..haa..haa..i can never put with that!! x__O
kalo yang diet 2 minggu'an itu kayaknya lu turun 7kg kek, pasti sebulan ke depan juga ur bouncing back to ur own size..
hmph..
even though gua pengennnnnnnnnnn banget jadi 50kg, i wouldnt risk resisting the golden crisp french fries, or the chocolate pudding with abundant fla, or lucious tenderloin steak with gravy, and some pringles while reading a book, or even just sit there looking at your friends while they sip starbuck's frappuccinos and hot melting cinnamon rolls, or the tempting sushis . i love eating too much to do all that ^^, but of course
not eating too much. know the diff kan??
why is it always easier to gain weight than loose weight?
